Queensgate Investments LLP is a London based private equity firm which advises and manages around GBP 3 billion worth of assets through its suite of Queensgate Investments Funds. The firm is a partnership between the Kow Family, Peterson Group and Alvarium Investments (formerly known as LJ Partnership). It is focused on acquiring control positions in asset backed operating companies in Europe, the UK and the US. The firm differentiates itself by its nimble, flexible, and non-institutional approach to producing superior risk adjusted returns. Jason Kow launched Queensgate in 2010 and is the Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, Queensgate Investments LLP acquired four Grange Hotels (Grange St Paul's, Grange City, Grange Tower Bridge and Grange Holborn) for circa GBP 1 billion from the Matharu Brothers with the 4 hotels making up one million square feet of unencumbered real estate in central London.
