Rachel joined the Magma team in March, 2012 as an olah chadasha, a new immigrant to Israel. Rachel holds her B.A. Magna Cum Laude from the Macaulay Honors College in New York City with a triple concentration in Journalism, International Affairs, and Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Rachel holds her Masters, Cum Laude in Government, Counter Terrorism, and Homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.
