Business executive with 20 years of Finance experience, working for the biggest Financial Institutions in the world. Worked closely with the business areas, resolving day to day issues related to trading activity, P&L disputes, legal entity structuring, tax planning and new business initiatives. Had the opportunity as CFO of implementing the Finance and Administrative structure for one of the largest Fintech Companies in LATAM (invested by JP Morgan and CSU), implementing controls, ERPs, BRGAAP Standards and KPIs across the firm. Acting as a partner for the business and the board of directors. Conducted Fund Raising initiatives for the firm (SERIES A and B), M&As (Buy side, ie. EasyCredito) and long term debt structuring. Recently I have been working as an Angel Investor and Board Member for small Startups, helping them expand their client franchise, increase product offering and raising cash with strategic investors.
