Rainer Twiford is a principal at Camp One Ventures, LLC. Rainer focuses on structuring private equity and venture capital financing, having completed transactions in healthcare, technology, and biotechnology. He was a founder of Key Holding Group, LLC, a behavioral health business sold to a public company for $230mm in the Fall of 2005.
