Rajan has been in private practice as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Physiatry specialist focusing on complex spinal pain for the past 10 years. He is the head of Physiatry/Neurosurgery at the Camino Medical Group Division of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Mountain View. He treats patients with minimally invasive spinal procedures, exercises, medications, and other non-surgical modalities. He has been a native of Silicon Valley for the past 35 years, and has a strong personal interest in software, technology, and medical devices. He finished his undergraduate training at Stanford University with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in English. He completed his medical training by earning his M.D. at Columbia University. He completed his Internship in General Surgery and Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stanford University Hospital.
