He Co-founded ScaleupSt Technologies in 2017 to provide organisations with a sustainable technology eco-system, aligned with business growth. Rajesh leads a team of 30 engineers and consultants building and innovating digital products and have built, launched and scaled 4 digital products. From the challenges of building a successful team and difficulties in recruitments, was born the idea of StaySigned - a Talent Relationship Management platform that helps hiring managers to bring certainty to hiring.
