Randall Mays aka Randall Thomas Mays is a Texas based innovator and investor. He currently serves as a managing partner of Mays Family Enterprise, an investment firm, and as the CEO of Running M Capital, a private investment firm working primarily with entrepreneurs and technology developers. He has previously held positions at Goldman Sachs and Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartCommunications), where he spent more than 15 years in varied positions. While serving as President of Clear Channel, Mays was responsible for a team of 40,000+ workers, the company’s international operations and strategy, and business development. His work ensured that Clear Channel became the best performing stock on the NYSE for the 1990s; he led the company’s growth to include over one thousand radio stations, the largest outdoor advertising outfits globally, and the biggest concert company.
