Randall Overby leads the Business Process Management (BPM) team within FMTS Transformation, delivering value through the design and implementation of initiatives seeking to align everything we do across the enterprise with the needs of our clients. Randall joined BNY Mellon four years ago, from Deutsche Bank where he used to lead the Global Strategic Projects group for the Investment Bank. During his 25 years in the Financial Services sector, Randall has led process-centric transformation efforts at project and programme management level; LOB and Country Head level; as well as at Strategy level, promoting end to end thinking and the drive to align structures and operational practices with clients’ needs. Randall holds a BSc and an MBA from the University of Texas as well as qualifications from the Securities Institute and the Chartered Management Institute and is active in promoting the City of London and its activities.
