Randy Ramusack created Enabling Founders to do just that, enable founders. I’ve found success in this endeavor and I am passionate about it. Helping mission-aligned founders accomplish their vision is my true north. My journey began at Microsoft in the mid 90’s where I “earned” my stripes for 15 years. I traveled the world and got to direct and influence some of the most impactful technology innovations to address societal challenges. I then began investing in myself and those I believed in. Always asking “Why?”, rarely taking no for an answer. Providing strategy & leadership across product innovation, business engineering, capital financing, team, sales & marketing execution. As CEO, I completed an exit to Verizon in 2016, I was the subject of a Harvard Business School Case Study in 2018 and, as Sales Director, I led another venture to an exit in 2023.
