Randy Schmidt enjoyed a long career in accounting, underwriting and provider network management with Prudential Healthcare before assuming a series of CFO posts in companies including publicly held eBenX and privately held Definity Health. He has led teams of professionals across finance, accounting, underwriting, actuarial and compliance functions, and has played key roles in private equity investments, asset acquisitions, and negotiating investment exits. Randy holds a BA from Minnesota State University-Mankato, and holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant certificate. He previously served on the boards of Carol Corporation, DestinationRx, and Recondo Technology. Randy currently serves on the boards of ABILITY Network and OneHealth Solutions, and is board chair of TransEngen and PlanSource.
