Ravi Srivastava is an Executive Recruiter at Egon Zehnder, based in their Palo Alto office. He is a core member of the Technology practice. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder International, Ravi spent 16 years in technology and consulting positions with responsibilities ranging from leading management consulting teams at the Boston Consulting Group, to marketing and operational roles at Motorola, to senior Strategy and Corporate Development roles at Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems, and Intuit. He has led numerous M&A transactions including all aspects of analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and post merger integration.
