Ray Barnard is the executive vice president for Systems & Supply Chain for Fluor Corporation. In his new role, Barnard will manage Fluor’s extensive supply chain network to provide Clients with cost effective solutions for their capital sourcing requirements. He also provides leadership for Information Technology and Intellectual Property R&D. Prior to his current position, Mr. Barnard was the senior vice president and group executive for Information Technology & Project Execution Services.
