It provides advisement to emerging ed tech firms on product and corporate strategy, as well as transactional and strategic advisory services to venture capital and private equity firms operating in the ed tech market. The firm and it's associates make selected investments in promising seed stage ed tech firms. Previously: operating executive and entrepreneur in education technology. Ray began his career as the Silicon Valley Industry Editor for Pearson Education. He developed an early learning platform to package web functionality with textbooks, "Companion Website" that became a standard form in the industry.
