Prior to ECA, Ray was the executive vice president, corporate development of Atrinsic. He has over 25 years of high tech, media, entertainment and consumer product experience. Prior to Atrinsic, Ray was founder and CEO of Bam! Entertainment, a company that publishes and distributes movie, sports and cartoon video games to a wide range of retailers. Prior to Bam!, Ray was President and CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of Infograms Entertainment, now better known as Atari. Before joining Infograms/Atari, Ray was founder, President and CEO of Ocean Of America, a publisher and distributor of entertainment software. Ray built Ocean of America to annual revenues of $50 million, and sold it to Infograms/Atari.
