RCP is a committed fund that makes secondary and primary direct investments of $10 to $50 million in companies ranging in revenue from $20 million to $2 billion in partnership with management, owners, and controlling shareholders. We focus in both providing liquidity for shareholders whose time frames don't align with those of the majority shareholders and in taking a hands on approach to helping remaining shareholders maximize eventual liquidity.
