Regine Jeune is the Co-President and CEO of DB Sterlin Consultants, Inc., a 100% minority-owned engineering firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Under her leadership, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary firm offering engineering, architecture, planning, and surveying services for public and private sector projects. Regine strongly advocates for women’s equality in engineering and the advancement of STEM education for girls from an early age. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. She joined the firm in 2012, bringing a background in biology and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
