Reinhard has more than twenty years of wide-ranging and diverse management experience. These include CEO, COO, CFO and Chairman/Member of the Board of Directors as well as non-executive directorships in small, medium and large global companies. He graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with an M. Sc. and studied violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. He also holds a dual MBA degree from Columbia University (with Beta Gamma Sigma honours) and the London Business School (with distinction). In March 2016 he was appointed Chartered Director at the Institute of Directors (IoD), UK. He joined coatmaster AG (formerly Winterthur Instruments AG) in January 2017 as a strategic consultant and became CFO & COO and member of the Executive Board in May 2017. He was appointed CEO as of May 1, 2019. Reinhard also holds non-executive directorships in two Zurich-based technology companies.
