Rémi is currently the Head of the French and Spanish Private Equity teams. In 2010, Rémi led 3i’s investment in Vedici, the French group of private clinics, where he sat on the Board and worked with the management team to complete 12 acquisitions, while in parallel restructuring the group, optimising its operational efficiency and completing a major sale and lease back. Vedici doubled its size in 4 years and was successfully sold in 2014. Rémi also led 3i’s investment in Trescal, the global leader in calibration services. Rémi chaired the Supervisory Board and supported the management in its fast growing plan with 5 acquisitions across Europe and its expansion into the US.
