Rex has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and health care industries. He is President and co-founder of Enterprise Integration Group, a professional services firm that specializes in improvement of self-service solutions using interactive voice response (IVR) and speech recognition. His background includes marketing, operations, network engineering, regulatory relations, and finance. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
