Rhett Rumery is the co-founder and CEO of Perfect Paw, the company building The Ruff - the first AI-powered preventative wellness wearable for dogs. The device combines biometric signals, behavior tracking, genetic data, and medical history to deliver real-time, preventative health insights that shift pet care from reactive “sick care” to proactive wellness. Rhett’s background spans computer science and engineering, and product leadership in AI and data-driven systems. He has led product and GTM efforts at companies including Yahoo!, Adsquare, Adimo, and Blockchains, where he worked at the intersection of advanced technology and consumer applications. Early in his career, he earned recognition at ISEF for for his engineering innovation in prosthetics in which he was awarded 2nd place internationally.
