Ricardo joined ICG in November 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Secondaries investment team. He previously worked at NewGlobe, which he joined at its inception in 2012. Prior to NewGlobe, Ricardo was a Principal at Vision Capital in London and New York. He has worked with Andrew and Christophe for the past eight years, with senior involvement in a number of direct and secondaries transactions. He started his career with the Natural Resources M&A team at Lehman Brothers. Ricardo has an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Business Management from Babson College. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
