Riccardo holds a master degree - cum laude - in Management Engineering from University of Padova and an MBA from Colleges des Ingenieurs. He joined Rocket Internet after his MBA, working on the launch of some of the biggest e-commerces in South East Asia, like Lazada (recently sold to Alibaba). He’s passionate about developing new ideas and creating new companies, with a strong hands-on approach to problem solving, processes and strategy. He created the algorithms that allows Lanieri to achieve a perfect fit for its customer more than 90% of the times.
