Richard brings twenty years' experience of working in the financial sector in a variety of executive and non-Executive roles. Along with his role at KlickEx, Richard is currently Non-Executive Chairman of ISDX (owned by ICAP Plc), one of only five FCA Regulated Investment Exchanges in the United Kingdom. Prior to KlickEx Richard was Group CFO for SL-x, a private equity funded, FCA regulated trading platform for stock-lending that was working to transition the current OTC based global marketplace into a centrally cleared model. Before this, for three years he was Group CFO for Chi-X Global, an industry leader funded by seven investment banks operating Regulated Stock Exchanges in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Before this, he was Co-founder and CFO of Staccato Communications Inc (formerly Artimi), a venture capital funded wireless semiconductor company that raised over $90m in six years from tier 1 venture capital and private equity investors in Europe and the US, before exit
