Richard Fisher served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 until March 2015. From 2001 to 2005, Fisher was Vice Chairman of Kissinger McLarty Associates (a strategic advisory firm). From 1997 to 2001, Fisher served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative with the rank of Ambassador. Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Fisher Capital Management and Fisher Ewing Partners (investment advisory firms) and prior to that was Senior Manager of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (a private banking firm). Fisher received his B.A. in economics from Harvard University and earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University. He was elected a Director of AT&T in June 2015. He is a member of the Corporate Development and Finance Committee. Fisher is a Director of PepsiCo, Inc.
