Founded in 2011 an innovative software company - Spotlight Reporting - that provides award-winning performance-focussed SaaS products for business advisors and business owners in the Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB and Sage networks. Advanced reporting, consolidation, cashflow forecasting, and multi-entity goodness to (mainly) US, UK, NZ, Canada, South Africa and Australia businesses and progressive accounting firms. I am also GM of Spotlight Workpapers, an online compliance solution for accounting firms, acquired by Xero in 2012. Xero provide the world-leading cloud accounting product. I was also founder and Director of Francis Consulting, a boutique advisory, VCFO and Chartered Accounting practice based in Wellington. Am also Director/Shareholder of Silverstripe - leading CMS software.
