Richard originally based in our Silicon Valley office, is a partner and co-founder of our Boston office. Rich's practice is focused on the representation of start-up and emerging growth companies and venture and private equity investors. Rich specializes in corporate and securities law; private, public and commercial financings; mergers and acquisitions; and venture fund formations.
