Richard Chen founded Vincera Capital and served as President in 1997 and has been Chairman & CEO since 2002. He was responsible for Vincera Capital's investments in Compal Communications, Firich Enterprises, Largan Precision and others. Richard served as Chairman of the Taiwan PE/VC Association (TVCA) from May 2005 to May 2008 and, as Vice Chairman of the Asia Pacific Venture Capital Alliance (APVCA) between July 2006 and July 2008.
