Richard Whitt is a public policy attorney, technology strategist, business advisor, and entrepreneur. He is currently fellow in residence with the Mozilla Foundation, and a non-resident fellow with the Georgetown Institute for Technology Law and Policy. Richard spent eleven plus years with Google, most recently as corporate director for strategic initiatives. He founded the GLIAnet project, and is also founder and CEO of Deeper Edge LLC.
