Rithanya Senthilvel is a junior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South in West Windsor, New Jersey with an interest in descriptive statistics and private equity. Miss Senthilvel currently serves as the President of her school’s Future Problem Solving Program International chapter. Miss Senthilvel volunteers her time empowering young girls by tutoring them in the basics of entrepreneurship and finance through her organization, LeadHer. Miss Senthilvel currently works as a Venture Associate and assists in the due diligence process and the report writing process at 1435 Capital. Miss Senthilvel’s hobbies include playing field hockey, biking, and baking.
