Rob de Visser is the Founder and Managing Partner at De Visser & Partners, Founder of Rosa Consulting B.V. and Co-founder of Implementum B.V. Rob joined DSM in 1970 as a Group Leader in R&D. In a career spanning almost 30 years, he has held positions as diverse as Head of Market Research and Planning, Manager of a Base and Specialty Chemicals Complex, Director of Corporate Planning and Development, Deputy President of the Petro-Chemical Division and lastly President of the Elastomers and Fibres Division. Rob left DSM in 1998 to start his own consulting practice, and he was one of the founders of Implementum in 2003. As a consultant, he has served many international clients in the chemical, life-sciences and processing industries. Rob has also acted as a technology broker and investment advisor and has scouted for equity investors, acquisition candidates and business partners. Rob holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Delft Technical University, and an Executive MBA from IMD.
