Mr. Fia has gained significant experience working with promising companies by delivering equity related financing products, largely focused on the natural resources sector, technology and healthcare(software & device related) and the alternative energy industries. He also helped found or co-found several new companies focused on technology, gold exploration and oil and gas in Africa, Canada, Chile and Colombia. Mr. Fia has an extensive contact base in the investment community and the financial sector as well as knowledge of the TSX and TSXV listing process and guidelines and strong corporate governance principles. Mr. Fia’s 17 years’ experience in the investment business has encompassed both equity research and corporate finance. Over the past 10 years Mr. Fia has developed a career of working with promising young technology, medical device, mining and oil & gas companies and advising corporate executives on business matters dealing with corporate finance, strategy, expansion, merger
