Rob Monsees

Rob Monsees is a member of Advantage Capital Partners’ national expansion team. Prior to joining Advantage Capital in 2012, Mr. Monsees served as the executive director of the NanoTechnology Enterprise Consortium (NTEC) where he led a group of small, medium and large member companies and research institutions. He previously served as the executive director of the Missouri Technology Corporation, where he led the state’s technology-based economic development efforts. Additionally, Mr. Monsees has spent much of his career advising policymakers at the state and federal levels on life sciences, economic development and agricultural issues. He has worked as the Director of Policy and Communications for the Missouri Senate President Pro Tem and the Senate Majority Caucus, as well as serving as the Director of Operations for a gubernatorial campaign.
