Robert Balzebre is Principal of Balzebre Investments, a Miami-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in retail, residential, and mixed-use properties across multiple U.S. markets. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, he has completed projects spanning historic building conversions, ground-up residential developments, retail center repositioning, and entitled land assemblages in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and other states. Balzebre began his professional career as a real estate attorney at Russo and Baker, P.A. in Coral Gables, where he handled property transactions and mergers from 1996 to 2001. He holds a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where his thesis examined the financial and legal structures of downtown New Orleans hotels, and a B.A. in Government from Connecticut College.
