Bob Huret is a founder and Managing Member of FTV Capital, a global private equity firm that invests in software and business services companies focused on the financial services industry. FTV Capital is a $1.1 billion fund whose limited partners are many of the world’s largest financial institutions. He has been listed in Institutional Investor’s Top 40 list of influential leaders in the financial technology field since its inception in 1999. He serves on the boards of Bank of Hawaii Corp., Financial Engines Inc., Caplin Systems Ltd. (London), and Cloudmark and he is a past trustee of Cornell University. Prior to forming FTV Capital in 1998, he was an independent consultant to Montgomery Securities where he did over 100 mergers and acquisitions and public offerings for commercial banks.
