Dr. Robert Jaworski has more than 18 years of cleantech experience in academia, industry, capital markets and investment banking. Before joining Ioxus, he started Vortex Advisors, and co-founded Jefferies cleantech investment banking practice. As a senior member of Jefferies North American cleantech banking team, Robert was focusing on earlier stage and private companies. In addition to the North American banking activities, he was responsible for Jefferies cleantech investment banking activities in China and was also involved in the European cleantech banking effort. Before cleantech investment banking, Robert was a member of Jefferies convertible capital markets and convertible research teams. Before joining Jefferies, Robert worked at Bellcore/Telcordia as a research scientist and consultant.
