Mr. Thatcher has over 35 years of executive and c-level experience in the medical device industry, varying from growing pre-clinical private companies to growing public companies with a market cap of over $1 billion. Prior to 4C Medical, Mr. Thatcher led functional teams in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Healthcare Policy at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. In this role, he executed plans to gain product approvals in the U.S. for peripheral and coronary products. His efforts transformed the organization from pre-revenue to one with an annualized revenue of over $200 million and a market cap of over $1.2 billion.
