Robert Warburton

Bob Warburton is an Operating Partner, providing advice and services to the firm and its portfolio companies on a variety of management and operational areas. Prior to joining Denham, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for Waypoint Energy and Vice President of Operations for InterGen. Bob also served as General Manager of Ocean State Power for J. Makowski Co., a Plant Manager for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities Department and a Field Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox. He serves as acting CEO of Plantation Energy and previously served as acting CEO of Gradient Resources Inc. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of Gradient Resources Inc. Bob received a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer since 1984.
