Robin Horstmann is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience in IT leadership roles within consumer goods manufacturing / distribution / e-commerce companies. She has extensive experience providing scalable, secure, cloud-based solutions to support turn around situations and exponential growth. In her current role as the head of IT for the Primal Pet Group (a group of pet food & pet treat manufacturing companies), she is focused on standardizing and scaling technology across multiple manufacturing companies, supporting mergers/acquisitions and high growth. In a prior role, Robin served as Director of IT for Charlotte’s Web (a global leader in production and distribution of hemp-based CBD wellness products) where she built and ran the organization’s first PMO and had oversight for IT infrastructure and business applications including ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and e-commerce platforms.
