Roger Goldman

Roger Goldman became Chairman of Renew Financial in 2018. He has deep experience in both board and executive leadership roles, ranging from startups to Fortune 500, multinational organizations. Since 2005 Roger has held several Board positions at American Express National Bank, the credit card subsidiary of Amex (AXP) and its predecessors, including Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. From 2014 to 2018 he was lead director of Seacoast Bancorp (SBCF). In addition, Roger serves as an advisor to P2B, River Bank (in formation), and Centric Digital, among other companies. In the past he has also advised Cyota (internet security) and served on the board of a publicly traded mortgage company and electronic records company. As an operating executive Roger held senior management and credit positions in Citicorp, several turnaround banks and S and L's (including CEO and COO), and EVP of Natwest before its sale to Fleet Financial.
