Roman has worked as a consultant in the telecommunications industry for almost 15 years and now heads up our in-house Analytics Based Management (ABM) practice. Our ABM practice deploys proprietary analytical methodologies across the telecoms, media and digital (TMD) industry, allowing us to provide actionable recommendations to our clients. In the last few years, Roman has been responsible in developing Delta Partners’ analytics practice across multiple engagements with clients in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and USA. He has created data-driven products and concepts, advising teams and clients on multiple and varied telecom-focused projects. Along with his expertise in analytics, Roman brings with him substantial experience in commercial and value proposition revamps, value-based network deployments, geo-based intelligence, BI environment, big data initiatives, strategy, business planning and corporate finance. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Roman was Head of Strategy at Jazzte
