Roman Schumacher

About

Roman has started his entrepreneurial career with building websites for small businesses during high school. Following this interest, he studied Media Informatics with focus in human-computer interaction in Munich and at UC Berkeley. His studies were complemented with a Technology Management Degree from CDTM. Prior to Personio, Roman worked for early-phase Startups like Westing and Foodora. In his role as CPO he is leading their product management efforts by driving Personio’s product vision of becoming a holistic HR platform and establishing Personio as industry standard for HR software.
