A member of Women in Technology for the DC Area and the American Communication Association, Rose Anne Osamba is an Ashburn, VA-based IT consulting leader and entrepreneur who founded Cellentia Information Technology(TM) in 2016. She developed the business plan and has since overseen all growth activities for the IT consulting firm that provides product solutions, systems integration, and cybersecurity, among other services. Rose Anne “Roseanne” Osamba also supervises executive and management staff and leads employee development and retention activities. Prior to launching Cellentia Tech, Ms. Osamba served for a decade in a senior management consulting capacity for a government contractor.
