Roshan Potarazu

Roshan joined ABS Capital in 2022 and is responsible for executing new investment opportunities and supporting existing portfolio companies. He creates and analyzes financial models and advises portfolio companies on M&A and growth initiatives. Before joining ABS, Roshan was an associate within William Blair’s Technology Investment Banking Group focused on capital raises and M&A for growth stage SaaS and internet businesses. Previously, Roshan held finance roles at early-stage startups Zingtree and Binary Fountain and began his career as a CPA at a regional accounting firm. Roshan graduated from the University of Maryland, Georgetown, and California Board of Accountancy.
