Rough Diamond Capital provides comprehensive advisory services to pre-seed companies in preparation for a seed round financing. The firm also selectively invest in seed-stage companies raising $1-2 million at a $3-10 million pre-money valuation. While the firm considers investments across most industries and geographies, we do have a preference for companies operating in the e-commerce, consumer tech, enterprise software, and SAAS categories.
