Roy joined Poalim Capital Markets in 2005. Roy has played a major role in transforming Poalim Capital Markets into the leading middle market investment banking group in Israel. Roy has been involved in more than 20 transactions including sell side and buy side M&A, private placements and public offerings of Israel-related companies. Prior to joining Poalim Capital Markets, Roy was an associate at the capital markets group of Davis Polk in New York, where he advised leading investment banking firms on capital markets transactions with a total value exceeding $20 billion. Roy holds an LLM from Columbia University where he was a James Kent Scholar and an LLB (summa cum laude) from the College of Management.
