Russell H. Wilder joined ATEL as Chief Credit Officer in 1992 and was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations in 1995. He is responsible for all credit analysis and financial investigation performed for ATEL's public and private fund transactions and the ongoing due diligence review of the lessees or debtors. Prior to joining ATEL, Mr. Wilder specialized in personal property brokerage for equipment leasing/ financing as well as outside credit and collections contracting. Mr. Wilder had numerous assignments at Westinghouse Credit, Wells Fargo Leasing and Fireside Thrift Co., a Teledyne subsidiary. He was awarded the Certified Lease Professional designation by the United Association of Equipment Leasers. Mr. Wilder holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
