Saad Gilani is a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investments at Yorkville Advisors and has been with the Firm since 2005. As Head of the Healthcare Group, he focuses on making investments in medical devices as well as in therapeutic companies in the US and in Europe. In addition to structuring transactions in the U.S. markets, he is actively involved in the Middle Eastern equity markets. Prior to joining Yorkville Advisors, Saad worked at Keyence Corporation for 11 years where he held various management roles within the Engineering and Marketing groups. Saad earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and received his MBA from Rutgers University, where he specialized in finance. In addition, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
