Ms. Guo is a Director and Member of the Management and Investment Committees of KBG. She has extensive experience in merchant banking and global corporate finance services including private placements of debt and equity, PIPEs, IPOs, SPACs, underwriting & syndication, M&A, financial restructuring and advisory services. She has arranged public listings for more than 10 Chinese companies by IPO, Reverse Merger, and SPAC and also successfully executed numerous private equity and PIPE investments. Before joining KBG, Ms. Guo was a Vice President of Westminster Securities Corporation. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Secretary of the Board of China Finance, Inc. She has also worked at Bank of China in New York and CITIC in Beijing. She received a B.A. from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
