Sagewind Capital LLC is a middle market, private equity firm founded in 2015 by Steve Lefkowitz. Our unique expertise is built on his 30 years of private equity investing and operating experience. Sagewind Capital intends to build a concentrated portfolio of companies in key sectors that have the potential for organic growth and can serve as platforms for substantial value creation through a buy-and-build strategy of strategic acquisitions. Since inception in 2015, Sagewind Capital has made five investments that collectively generate annual revenue of over $400 million, annual EBITDA of over $50 million and employ over 1,500 people.
