Sam is a JD/MBA student at NYU Law and NYU Stern, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. As an InSITE Fellow, she advises founders on raising venture capital, conducting market research, and developing go-to-market strategies. She also works with the Emerging Companies practice group at Cooley LLP to help startups with their legal needs throughout their life cycles, from incorporation to VC financings to M&A or IPO exit.
